B2C Shipping Policy
We understand the significance of getting your orders delivered fast. We use a variety of carriers to ship received orders, including Canada Post, Purolator, UPS and FedEx.
Purchases over $75 are entitled to free standard shipping within Canada, excluding taxes, when signed into KIU account.
|Shipping cut off time
*Time in transit will vary based on destination postal code. There may be additional delays in delivery times for remote territories in the northwest and Yukon territories and Nunavut due to additional requirements from carriers.
*Orders placed after the shipping cut-off time, will ship out the following business day.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that will provide details on which carrier your order is shipped with and when it is expected to be delivered.
Charges pertaining to shipping your order are automatically calculated at the time of your order checkout.
We ship orders within Canada. If there are any changes you would like to make once an order is placed, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the details of the changes you request to make. We will try to coordinate with our carriers to update the changes. We do not guarantee that the changes requested will be updated but we assure you of our 100% efforts in getting the requested changes updated.
Prepayment is required for all orders placed through our site. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse you will receive an email with tracking information.
